It depends on whether the organization is providing you with enough work, opportunities to develop yourself into a software professional, and is also paying your salary regularly. If your answer to these questions is "yes," then you are bound to continue with the current company until at least the probation period is over.
Every organization invests resources (money, executive time, training, etc.) to develop professionals, especially when introducing new employees to the business. You need to work with them on the "hows" and "whys" of your current employment. They are obligated to gain a return on investment from your employment with them.

Now, looking at this situation from YOUR career perspective, please understand that any/every company likes to hire those who work/stay in the company for a reasonable length of time. Unless you can justify with very strong and valid reasons your leaving the very first company within a year of joining, you will be putting yourself at risk in terms of credibility.
You haven't mentioned whether you resigned AFTER getting another job or want to hunt for another job after resigning—I have seen quite a few IT people quitting even without anything new in hand.
