Sir, In case gratiuty payment ,the labour officer mentioned that the last drawn wages should be taken into account not the basic & Da alone.

The Labour Officer must have mentioned the last drawn wages as defined in Section 2(s) of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Please review this definition to draw the proper inference.
