I resigned on the 11th of a particular month, and my last day is the 2nd of the next month. In such a case, what will be considered my last drawn salary? Will it be the salary I received for the month prior to serving notice, or will it only be counted for the two days of that month as my last drawn salary?

if your monthly basic is eg 10,000, then last basic drawn will be 10,000. It has nothing to do with your payable days.

If your monthly basic is e.g. $10,000, then the last basic drawn will also be $10,000. It has nothing to do with your payable days.

Hi Neha,

Could you provide any proof or documents for the same, so that I can show them to my HR?
