I have completed an MBA (HR) through distance learning and am now planning to pursue a T&D Diploma from ISTD, New Delhi. Can anybody guide me on the value of an ISTD Diploma? Will it be a valuable addition to my career? Kindly suggest.

Thanks a lot for your response. HR is my area of interest, and I want to specialize in it. I will certainly check the website out. I just wanted to know one more thing - if I take admission in December, will it be compulsory for me to appear for exams in June, or can I opt to appear in December next year? The course can be finished within a 4-year time span.
