Career Advancement: Diploma in Training and Development
I want to know how far this Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD is helpful in enhancing my career. I have completed my PGDBM in HR and am currently looking forward to developing and advancing my career as a trainer.
Comparing Programs: ISTD vs. Symbiosis CDL
Do you have any insights on the Symbiosis CDL program on instructional design? Which option would be better? (I am aware that ISTD is a government-recognized program). Specifically, which one offers better employability in terms of career prospects?
Please assist me in making a decision. Thank you.

Symbiosis CDL Program on Instructional Design
Any idea regarding the Symbiosis CDL program on instructional design? Which one would be a better option? (I know that ISTD is a government-recognized program). That is, which is more employable in terms of career prospects?
Training as well as instructional design are skill-based fields. I don't know about the government sector, but otherwise, what matters is your skill set. Please help me to decide.
You need to decide where your passion lies. Both are great fields. Instructional design has more demand in terms of jobs. At the same time, if you are a competent trainer and know how to market yourself, you can do wonders.
