Hi, I am the only HR in my company. My boss has given me the responsibility to conduct appraisals on behalf of employees regarding attendance, working hours, and discipline. Can anyone please suggest what should be the first step for this? What should be the procedure for this? Please help me. Please.

Dear Sahay, This is only a simple format. In this form, items 6 to 14 and 16 are to be filled by the person who supervises the particular employee. Items 1 to 5 and Leave/Absent are to be filled by personnel/HR. If monthly Leave/Absent particulars are filled, Item 15 will automatically be filled by itself.
