Even though it is the second or third appearance, it is worth reading again and again. Management gurus and students of management studies should study and appreciate Indian Wisdom. Unfortunately, we tend to quote Western authors and take them as authentic, while the science and art of management were born thousands of years ago.
Just a few minutes ago, I have seen one more post from Manipal Institute of Management studies conducting a seminar where one of the topics is Indian Wisdom and modern management in Mahabharata or Bhagavadgita, etc. Good post, Prakash. Thanks and regards.

Dear Prakash,
Of course, this one is the best-created presentation on management and leadership compared to the previous one on Change Management, on which you might have noted my comments. But, despite my honest observation, you could not identify the weakness of that presentation due to overwhelming appreciation by others. You could have improved that presentation to a much greater extent had you thought seriously about it.
Anyway, congratulations on the current presentation.
Can you please send a copy individually to me on my email [dcgroup1962@gmail.com], as an attachment? I liked it very much.

Agree with Raja Ganesh - We connect with this epic very easily but are not aware of the nitty-gritty. We first need to ponder on and appreciate what we have, and then refer to the outside world. Rightly said, "Do something which is important, and you automatically start doing something which was impossible." Cheers

Dear Prakash,
Thanks for posting such a nice and knowledgeable PowerPoint presentation. The major highlighted points on Team Spirit, Individual Motives, Commitment, the Right Manager, and Women Empowerment are really resourceful. I found them helpful in ensuring that we are always strategically equipped to face both current and future challenges in our professional and personal lives.
Thanks and Best Regards,

Thank you very much for the excellent presentation. It is evident that a lot of homework was done on this. Our managerial skills have been excellent from the times of the MAHABHARATH until today.
