Hey!
We can look at it in this way (maybe). See, when you look at Mahabharata - especially take a look at the scenes in the battlefield where Krishna preaches Arjuna - this is the crucial part - we call this a Geetha.
Geetha says - when Arjuna steps back and says I can't kill people because on the field there are my friends, relatives, and many other people whom I liked. The answer from Krishna follows as: "Boss! You came here to fight - now it's your responsibility and duty to perform the given job. Now your job is to kill - eradicate the bad and it goes as...".
See from the above context we can relate it in the present world in a way that professional life is different from personal life.
Think, you may get more; this is just a hint.

From Mahabharatha, you can have more management lessons, such as unity, diversity, role clarity, all managerial qualities one should have inward/outward, doing things rightly at the right time, leadership, and so on. Please define your requirement to enable me to help you if I am able to.

Mr. Rashid,
Is this some kind of joke? Kindly be straightforward in your talks! Just like Mary had stated the purpose, could I know why you are looking out for management lessons from Shivpuran / VishnuPuran?
"An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don't."
Should there be any more doubts, do communicate in this forum. Even if I fail to help you, I'm sure you will get help from fellow citehr-ians.

Hello madam,
I really don't know about all this "Vishnupuran" and "Shivpuran." One of my friends here in Dubai suggested that some useful material can be found to stimulate some HR module from inspirational books. I am serious. Please do the needful.

Hi,
Bad loser,
Why don't you go ahead, read it, get some inspiration & help others too? And one bit of information from my side. The names of the books which you have cited are "RELIGIOUS books." If you haven't read them so far, what's the problem in trying it now? I am pretty positive that you can get these books in Dubai also.
I've gone through your other post as well on Citehr. When you say you are serious, let all see the seriousness of it. 😊

Dear Rashid,
As Shalini points out, one has to read the texts with the objective in mind and then find the appropriate information. Relying on someone's interpretation could lead to plagiarism, especially if you do not cite and reference the source properly. Here is a link to one interpretation of management issues in Bhagavad Gita. [Note: The actual link has been removed.]
Have a nice day.

Dear Gentleman,
Please do not use my name and don't rely on me. This is confusing everyone and misleading my whole objective, and mocking my serious post. I request CiteHR members not to take him seriously.
