Request for Assistance with Full and Final Settlement
I need help! I resigned without a notice period due to my family problem, which I communicated to the concerned HR, GM, and Business Head of the Group. When I requested my salary and Full and Final Settlement, I was told that due to no notice period, I would not be receiving them.
I had informed HR and the GM about my family issue from time to time, but there was no support from them. I was forced to resign to take care of my family without giving any notice period to the organization.
This incident took place four years ago, and to date, I have not received my Full and Final Settlement. I request HR experts to assist me with this matter.

You haven't clarified 'WHY' you didn't even ask for the letters for all the past 4 years. Also, you haven't clarified why you need the documents NOW—AFTER 4 years. And for what duration did you work in that company? Frankly, the only option I can see is for you to just forget that you worked there and move on with your life. After a long time, you are returning to the main concern and still don't seem to realize your mistake. What is this? I can't believe this, man. You don't even have respect for your career.
I understand that you had to resign from your current position at that time because it was required for your family's position and concerns, and you may have suffered a lot. However, it is not acceptable that you never realized this and never asked them for your F&F. I don't think that you were not in a position to write a resignation letter or were helpless with the e-resignation (via email). You are talking about something that you've never cared to remember and have never given any value to. Please, think about it!

Thank you for your feedback. I know I did not care, but I tried to talk to high authorities about the same. I do have all written communications through emails. There were some issues with my wife's pregnancy, which were communicated from time to time to my immediate boss, the Concern GM of the organization. I had requested my boss to relieve me a bit early from my duty, which he never sanctioned. In between, my wife had to be hospitalized twice due to the same problem. So, forcefully, I had to resign from the job; I resigned a week prior to my baby being born.
After a week of resigning, I personally requested the GM for my salary and FnF, but he refused, as I had not given any notice period prior to resignation. Then, forcefully, I wrote a complaint about all these incidents to the Chief Officer of the Organization. The following is the reply from the Chief Officer:

We wish you the very best in your current assignment.
Thereafter, I tried for an appointment with the MD & Group Chairman, for Justice/Help (see mail).

Hi Bharat, the situation illustrated by you is quite convincing, but it is unfortunate that the corporate HR team of your previous company did not handle the scenario professionally. As you have requested to meet with the senior management staff of your previous company, it is good to settle things in the appropriate manner. You can propose to them to pay for the notice period not served as per the terms of your letter of appointment with the company. Similarly, you can request them to pay the salary for the period and ask them to issue the relieving documents. The best way is to request them personally, which you are already doing.
Four years is a long period to recall such matters or to request the labor commissioner concerned with the company. Therefore, the possibilities of recovering the salary from a legal standpoint appear to be very weak.
