Dear All, I am working in an MNC Windmill industry in the Operations & Management division as an HR Executive. Recently, our company completed the appraisal process and issued the performance letters. Now, some of our employees have submitted their resignations. They have informed our payroll department that their salary arrears have been put on hold. Should the withheld arrears be included in the Full and Final settlement or handled differently? Kindly provide clarification.

Why to keep on hold genuine dues of employees, if they follow the terms and conditions of their offer cum appointment letters?
