Query on PF & ESIC Registration

I would like to share one of my queries related to PF & ESIC registration. One of the vendors associated with us has a PF & ESIC registration number from Delhi when the company's office was based there. Later on, they moved to Noida, which is a part of NCR. All the challans are still being generated with the old address of Delhi, as they have not updated the address to Noida.

What are the procedures to follow in this case, keeping in mind that NOIDA is a part of NCR? Please suggest.

Regards,
Ranjeet

Dear Atul, Thank you for sharing such relevant information. What I can gather is that it is applicable for companies having branches or offices in other regions, and the companies are free from any obligation if:

1. They don't have any office.
2. Employees' permanent addresses should not fall in the area.

What if a company has permanently migrated its office from Delhi to Noida? Will the ESIC registration number change?

Regards,
Ranjeet
