Jyoti,
Looks better now, but, you still have instances where there is no spaces between words or between commas and the next word etc. I know it is a little thing, but it is important to get it right.
Also put an extra tab in front of your email address to line it up with the phone numbers on the next line. Looks neater.
I would still suggest putting your name at the top in a larger font size. Personal preference I know, but I think it looks better, your name needs to stand out a bit more.

Ravi,
The resume looks ok. I would sharpen up the objective to focus on what you can offer a prospective employer, but keep it short, no rambling.
List your strengths/skills on the first page.
Try and be a bit more creative with the duties of your jobs, at the moment they just read like a bare list of things you did. What about some achievements. Have you saved the company money, did you solve some difficult problems, etc etc.
As for your profile not matching other companies profiles, well the simple answer is, tailor your resume to fit the job you are applying for. Many people (me included at times!) send out the one basic resume. But we know now that the "one size fits all" model doesn't work.
When you find a job that interests you, study the Job Description/role statement/profile etc, and then tailor your resume to meet those specifications. Highlight the things the employer wants, leave out any irrelevant stuff. The simple truth of the matter is you MUST meet the requirements of the employer and give him a reason to interview you.
Good luck with your job search.
