Hi Piyush,
Sorry for replying late. First off, I would like to ask why you chose to get into customer care with an MBA in HR. If you are planning to start from scratch, post your resume on job-related websites. Look for companies with vacancies for freshers, then analyze the job, your expectations, and other preferences before applying to the one that matches all these.
In Delhi, I have observed that freshers usually get two kinds of jobs:
1. In consultancies.
2. As recruitment executives in BPOs.
Both of these options are good, so depending on your short and long-term goals, choose wisely. I can say this because you will have plenty of opportunities in these fields.
Hope you found your answer.

Hi Piyush,
Now, please guide me on whether to go for BPOs or consultancies for growth as well as money, as you are highly experienced in the field. Well, to correct, I am not that experienced and have worked for 3 months in a consultancy and 2 months in a BPO, but yes, I've learned a lot there.
So, to your question, I would suggest you go for BPOs if you get the opportunity easily. Firstly, the environment there is more professional, you'll improve your interpersonal skills, and there are chances of early growth. Your performance is quickly acknowledged, and down the line, you may enter the hardcore profile. In terms of money also, BPOs are preferable.
So find a job accordingly, and yes, it's a bit difficult to get a job in a BPO compared to a consultancy. Still, work smart, you will find it.
All the best.

Hi Piyush,
Nice to know your doubts are clear now. One more suggestion: sharpen your communication skills because in BPOs, it means a lot and makes it easier to enter and develop knowledge of recruitment and selection, retention, hiring, firing, attrition, etc., as these topics are mostly covered in BPO interviews.
All the best. Let me know of your queries further. So work smart...
