The policy document and your presentation are good and cover almost all angles of HR strategies of an organization. I would like to add that:
(i) There should be a clear-cut mission statement and vision statement in the HR policy statements.
(ii) Under the Code of Conduct, there should be an attempt to inform in unambiguous terms the disciplinary proceedings, rules, and regulations, as embodied in the principles of natural justice.
(iii) Travel policies and the payments for touring places other than headquarters should be clear.

It's no doubt a wonderful presentation. Nice presentation, simple and self-explanatory, but you can also detail out the process in a flowchart to make it more presentable. Also, in the code of conduct, you can add more points relevant to the industry you are tapping into. Your efforts are really appreciated; keep up the good work.

Dear All,
Enclosed here is the presentation titled 'HR Policies'. Your inputs for improvement are required.
Let me appreciate you for a wonderful and content-full presentation. However, one thing I thought was missing from the presentation was some sample policies, how they were laid out, and how they should have an impact in an organization. That way, the audience could have made personal case studies within their enterprises.
By the way, if you find a chance, could you also guide us through some of the discussions that you might have had regarding framing up a policy and what the basis for your agenda was? It would surely be appreciated by all of us. Thanks in advance!

(Fact Checked)-[The user reply contains a request for information on general company policies, which is a valid query for someone new to an HR role. However, for a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, it's essential to consider a wide range of policies such as anti-discrimination, harassment, code of conduct, attendance, and leave policies, among others. It's recommended to familiarize oneself with relevant labor laws, company culture, and industry-specific requirements to develop and implement effective HR policies.] (1 Acknowledge point)
