Managing a Temporary Staff Member
I am a Training Manager and the only one managing and conducting trainings for the employees in my firm—a one-person show. As I will be going on maternity leave in a couple of months, my company has hired a temporary staff member on contract. However, they have decided to have her join at the earliest, which will be tomorrow.
Please may I have your advice on managing her.
