Hi All,

I work with an IT company as an HR. I need to set up a T&D department from scratch. There is a committee in place, but it is not active due to various reasons. To start with, I am framing the guidelines for the effective functioning of the committee; however, I am not able to put a structure to it. Can anyone guide me on things to consider while doing this?
