I need some information. How is it possible to employ employees and not keep them on the payroll of the company? I mean, is outsourcing cost-effective or starting a new company and employing employees through that firm? What kind of legal hassles will one have to go through?

Thank you, oyster27k, but I need more details as to what would be an alternative to hiring an employee (i.e., putting them on the company's payroll) other than having them outsourced. Many companies are putting employees on their payroll, and it affects the overall thinking of competitors' employees who are on a commission basis. How can we create a sense of belongingness?

Thank you

Hi,

Employees in outsourced roles also need to be covered under statutory requirements such as PF, ESI/mediclaim, gratuity, etc.

Outsourcing of employees is typically carried out for non-critical jobs, routine tasks, or positions that do not offer a career ladder or opportunities for career progression (e.g., receptionist, security, routine administration, telephone operator, etc.).

Exploring Alternatives for Sales Representatives

I am talking about Sales Representatives. I don't want them to be on the payroll of the company as it is a high attrition job. What can be a solution to this issue? Contractors, retainership agreements, trainees, or something else...

Thank you
