Hi Anup,
It was a splendid job done by you. It has almost covered all aspects of CMgmt. However, I didn't understand certain items viz. SLA, NHQ, etc. Please elaborate if these terms are connected to the Regional CL terminology. Overall, it was very good.
You can also include 1 or 2 slides on the Penalty clause for the non-compliance of the Statutory obligations and the compensation component in case of fatal accidents, occupational hazards, etc. I think if you add these, it will be complete.
