Iam a M.B.A Graduate thro' correspondence iam weak in numbers which is more important to HR People. At present iam working in a software concern as a Management Trainee(HR) and there is no HR Managers. In my concern employee relation to managment is very worse and my boss think only all about money at present, which is more important. I don't know how to develope out my concern in a good way. i know kindly, reply and also advice me how to develope my career in Hr.

Hi,
Dont be disappointed with numbers, you need to discuss hr issues with your Manager apart from revenue generation, he needs to develop his organistion and people as well. I have seen people come from finance na teaching experience shifted to HR and doing well.

since u have all the basic know how of HR go back to ur basics take on one thing at a time about ur firm policies which u r not happy about.Do R&D and prepare a new process which u think will wud be good for all and present it to boss and then take it on from there.
what is life without challenges?

Really both of your replies relived me from what iam going to do. One thing i remembered is" When God solves your problem you have faith in his abilities, When he doesnt solves your problem he has faith in your abilities"
Iam not good in Excel Formula if known pls help me out to improve. waiting for reply
