Dear Octavious,
As a Senior Member and SUPER MODERATOR, you should be setting an example by following the rules of the forum. While this audio program is very helpful, it is a violation of IPR by uploading them on the Forum. What Code of Conduct can we expect from others on the forums if the Rule Makers are becoming the Rule Breakers?

Dear Cels,
Was there a copyright stated specifically? Was there anything that stated that sharing the same comes under the purview of IPR? If yes, then please let me know. If no, then please learn about IPR, and then get back to me. It's the duty of the owner of the property to protect his/her own property as per the IPR act. Half knowledge can be very dangerous.
Please be clear about what you talk about, especially when talking in a forum and giving unsolicited suggestions.

Octavious

My Friend,
You have labeled my remark as an 'unsolicited suggestion,' and my intention was to speak up for unsolicited violation of someone else's hard work, financial investment, and these have been posted even without acknowledging the source, author, or publisher (leave apart the copyright & IPR).
Well, I just had a look at your major HR Links posts, my friend, and with that history of Gross Copyright Violation, I am sure that this post stands nowhere :)
Refer to your post about John Wiley and Publishers ( <link outdated-removed> ) and others.
Your statement that 'it's the duty of the owner of the property to protect his/her own property' is more like saying that it is the duty of the people to protect their assets and we will steal anyway and somehow justify the whole act!

Dear Cels,
I don't know which college you graduated from, but whichever college it is, please go back there and collect the money from them. Tell them that you want a full refund of the fees that you paid because they have not only failed to teach you the basics of Law (forget about IPR) but also have not been able to cultivate in you the ability to diagnose an issue or matter.
I would be very happy if you stopped bringing disgrace to yourself by publicly trying to show your lack of knowledge regarding IPR and the principles of law. I had asked you a very simple question to demonstrate where there is a violation of IPR in these files, as claimed by you. Instead of showing or proving that, you have gone on a wild chase of allegations.
If my acceptance of you as the epitome of righteousness and knowledge would help pacify you and thus help others enjoy the post, then so be it.
