Hi Sumith,

I am Swapnaja. I have been working in the training department of a 4-star deluxe property for the past 5 months. I believe I can offer you some assistance.

Firstly, check with all your HODs to determine the type of training they require for their staff to ensure smooth operations. You should also review your SOPs for guidance. Start selecting topics accordingly for each department and consider creating a training schedule or calendar.

There is a lot of material available on the internet that you can utilize for training purposes. If you need further information, please feel free to contact me at swapnajagodbole@gmail.com.

Hi Sumith,

I am Samidha. I too recently started training sessions in my company. So basically, you can start activities by the type of induction program, followed by an official introduction of your employees by themselves. This should include hobby descriptions and performance accordingly, or cross-introductions can be taken. In further sessions, you can cover topics like communication, motivation, time management, etc. Role-plays and ice-breaking activities are important.

All the best!

Regards,
Samidha
