Administrative managers' responsibilities in general are to take care of:

1. Transport
2. General discipline
3. Security in some companies
4. Housekeeping
5. Gardening
6. Post, Fax, Telegram, telephone, xerox, etc.
7. Guest house accommodation, hotel bookings
8. Liaise with police
9. Any others that are of a general nature can be part of administrative managers' work.

Interacting with the Labour Department, ESI, PF Registration, Professional Tax, and other statutory matters.

To ensure general office administration and attendance of personnel. To take care of reimbursement claims of personnel, such as proper checking of traveling, conveyance, telephone/mobile phone expense bills, etc., ensuring control and timely payment of the same after approval of the competent authority. To check suppliers' bills and forward only authorized bills to the accounts department for payment. Vendor contracts, renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, bill verification, bill certification, follow-up of bills.

Keeping details of all petty cash expenses with proper approvals from the Director. Forwarding details of all expenses to the Accounts team. Booking the venue, arranging for any specific requirements, food and beverages, sending attendance, venue payments, and follow-up. Account opening for new joiners.

Procurement and maintenance of office equipment/furniture/fixtures to ensure their serviceability and AMC. Procurement and issuance of stationery to various divisions and maintaining their proper records and maintenance of sundry equipment like mobile phones, telephones, calculators, etc. To maintain a proper record of company assets issued to marketing personnel and ensure accountability. To ensure general office maintenance like housekeeping, pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, space management, minor repairs (carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting, etc.). To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier services, manpower consultants, etc. To take care of legal cases and their proper follow-up. To ensure statutory liabilities and timely renewal of Trade License, Property Tax, etc. Peon management.

You have to work for the store's purchase department, Housekeeping Department, and Event activities.

Logistics department (COD Processes).

You have to design and implement office policies, establish standards, and procedures.

I am currently looking into stationary, printing, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, mineral water, building maintenance, courier services (domestic and international), travel bookings such as domestic and international tickets, visa processing, cab booking, hotel booking, vendor management, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), liaising with government bodies, etc. Therefore, I require this policy.
