Understanding the Roles of an Admin in a Company

I need to know the roles played by an admin of a company. Additionally, I also need to understand different types of taxes and all other responsibilities managed by an admin. As I am a fresher at the company I recently joined and I have 0% knowledge, please help me to survive.

Instead of concentrating directly on taxes, you should first understand your responsibilities from your immediate reporting authority. Administration is an important function in the organization. It establishes discipline rules, takes care of touring staff, housekeeping, completion of legal requirements, and vehicle administration.
