To create employee loyalty, there are many things a company can do:
1) Pay well.
2) Give challenging work.
3) Provide a good work environment.
4) Take continuous feedback from employees.
5) Keep asking them how they are doing and if they need anything.
6) MOST IMPORTANTLY: Appreciate them in front of others when they do a good job.
7) Listen carefully to their feedback and suggestions and take them seriously.
8) Never ill-treat them.
9) Trust them (very important).
I hope this information is helpful to you.

Hi,
That was really nice said. Additionally, I would like to add a few suggestions:
1. Ensure that the employee is satisfied with their profile.
2. Create a situation where the employee feels that their job is secure.
3. Keep the employee happy in all aspects.

Hi friends,
Job satisfaction doesn't show the loyalty of the staff completely, right? One can be satisfied with the job without having commitment to the firm. Has anybody done any study on staff loyalty? Could you please share with me?
