Dear Bhatt ji,

Your presentation on Collective Bargaining is really appreciable. I liked it very much. I would kindly suggest changing the layout of the PowerPoint. It's not comfortable to read such small alphabets on a designer slide. I hope you take my suggestion in the proper spirit.

Re: Collective Bargaining

Dear Bhatt ji,

Your presentation for collective bargaining is nice. I have only one suggestion: please try to change the layout, design, and color. It's not easy to read. Please change the design and upload it again in citehr.

Good evening Sir, I have seen the slide and it is full of informations indeed. I would suggest to add different types of CB to give it a complete shape. Thanks & Regards Mandira Chatterjee

indeed a good presentation but with little flaws like the content is very elaborated, spacing prob and the background stuff... try being short and to the point. Regards.

Dear Bhatt ji,

I could only go through a few slides, and there is a lot of information. Just one polite request - in slide number 6, the goal for management looks exaggerated. Also, kindly avoid using the term "lay off" as we never use this word in the Indian HR context.

Hope you will take the suggestion in the proper spirit. :)

Thank you.

One of the most informative presentations. Only change the layout & design, give some spacing & don't worry about the increased number of slides. My sincere appreciations for the effort you have taken.

At the outset, I would like to share with you that this presentation contains very useful information, but the way of presentation is improper. I would like to suggest that you add the content slide at the beginning of the presentation because it will provide a snapshot of the content.

Dear All,

It is a good presentation. However, there is no such point if the bargaining or agreement fails to maintain peace and harmony in the organization. Management always breaks the agreement and forces employees to go against it. To maintain the spirit of the agreement, both the union and management are responsible.

Thanks,
