Bulk hiring means hiring in bulk or a lot. Companies generally do bulk hiring by either scheduling walk-ins or scheduled interviews. Bulk hiring is done to hire junior-level staff or entry-level staff who are required in large numbers, for example, call center executives, graduate engineer trainees, etc.
