I have a query. I am currently working as an HR Head in an International BPO, and it's a startup BPO. We have a bulk requirement for freshers with excellent communication skills. How can I get candidates in bulk? I already have recruiters in my team, but I am not getting the required output from them. Please suggest.

4. Talk to the placement offices of nearby colleges and conduct a drive at their college.

5. Partner with a staffing firm that specializes in the area of need and has a demonstrated ability to deliver a similar volume of comparable skill sets in a timely manner.

Steps to Conduct a Good Drive

To conduct a good drive, here are a few common steps to follow:

- Design an effective and efficient selection process that is structured and uniform, yet not lengthy and time-intensive. Start with a detailed phone screen to minimize "misses."

- Be user-friendly. Get creative and flexible with the time and location where the interviews will occur. Make it easy and convenient for candidates to be considered.

- Develop an efficient and effective onboarding process.

Thank you, Ram, for your suggestions. They are greatly appreciated. We are planning to do advertisements, but we have many competitors in the same building, all running the same process. This is the reason we are facing these challenges. As I mentioned, it's a startup BPO, so most candidates are not aware of it.

I wanted to ask one thing: if we tie up with a consultancy that is hiring for BPO, will that help us? Fredanth, we already have experts.

Here's what you can do: identify colleges near your location and obtain the contact information of the placement officers. Reach out to them via phone or email for bulk recruitment purposes.
