Dear All,

I need help with manpower forecasting in our organization. Our company is launching a social networking site, and I am assigned to do the forecasting for a year. However, I have no clue how to go about it as I cannot use trend or ratio analysis for this. So, which method should I adopt for this?

If anyone has any templates for this, please let me know.

In the absence of past data, you need to use qualitative forecasting methods. Please search the web, and if you do not succeed, I can give you references. Have a nice day.
