Please help me regarding the required medical examinations to be carried out on the employees working in chemical plants as per the Factories Act, 1948 under Schedules XV, XX, and XXIX.
You can contact your area Certifying Surgeon posted under the Factories Act by the Labour/Factory wing of the Labour department of your State to know the requirement of medical examination.
