Hi everyone,

Please help me with formatting a training needs analysis for the staff, identifying the most appropriate training, costing, and eventually coming up with a training calendar. Also, explain the source of the data collection from where you gathered information about the existing staff that enabled you to draft the proposal to the management.

Guideline:

1) Table of Contents
2) Table of Contents
3) Main Contents: Introduction, Body, Recommendations, Conclusion
4) References
5) Appendices

Please reply as soon as possible.

Regards,
Bhaggya.

Hi Bhaggya,

Kindly check the PDF file attached herewith. Additionally, preparing performance appraisals twice a year and retaining monthly performance reports from respective departments for regular analysis of their performances can help you in analyzing the need for training.

Hi Everybody,

Please tell me how I should address my first professional training group. I am into training, but this is my first sales motivational training. Could somebody help in forming the points I need to arrange for?

Hi Bhagya,

First, identify the competencies (knowledge and/or skills) required to perform the roles. Based on the skills identified, you can create questionnaires/surveys for the supervisors' evaluation and self-evaluation. You can then prioritize the competencies and identify appropriate interventions. All training needs analysis need not result in a set of trainings being conducted; you may also look at other interventions like coaching, mentoring, and facilitating discussions.

All the best.

Regards,
Manna
