hello i wanted to know how to start your own company. I sell aircraft models in india. I wanted to know how to apply for a single owner company. I went to sbi for inquiry of current account and they told me you need to create your company first. I also want to create and IEC(Import Export Code) because i get my products from abroad countries and most of the time i have custom clearance problems. So can anyone please suggest me how to do it? I reside in mumbai and would be really greatful if you can help me. Also want to know what should be the minimum profit to pay taxes and if i am below minimum profit, then do i still need to pay sales tax? and what about the company name? Where we have to go and give the details that i want to create a particular named company? waiting for your prompt reply. Thanks in advance

I am non-resident of USA. And I am planning to start an outsourcing back-office process and my clients are in USA. As it is a back office process, we need to download the documents online, for which the debit or credit card is required. My Question is how can I get the dedit card or How can I open the bank account in USA.. Or which are the other options for this???
