Dear All,
Is there any site for Designation? I am working in the HR department of an IT industry. There are various areas such as sales, support, HPC, accounts, purchase, networking, administration, HR, etc., and numerous employees are operating at different levels. Therefore, I would like to assign them appropriate designations.
Moreover, I wish to understand the difference between level and designation. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
