Did You Defined The Inventories Of Skills In Your Organization And Road Map To Fill-up Those Identified Skills Gaps. Did You Apply Same Levels Of Skillls And Same Definations For Each Skillls For Different Level Of Jobs?
This Words Are Misleading Skillls Gap But Its Scientific Project Needs Scientific Aproach And Methodologies....in Application.
