Hi Seema, for a background check to be initiated, we firstly do a check on the references which the employee has to provide from 2 socially responsible persons from the society, his previous organization, friends, and relatives. We need details like the organization, their address, and contact details.
We check the employee application form to ensure the entered details are true. These are a few parameters that are carried out. If there are any other issues, we touch base with the employee's previous organization and clarify any doubts about him.
But if there is a very good recruitment, you may not need to have an intense background check, in my opinion. 😊😊
