Kindly help me with the compliance and certification required for registration for a new establishment.
Nature of work carried out in the establishment: Rebuilding workshop for heavy machinery. (Repair and maintenance, parts rebuilding and alteration, including repainting, engine and hydraulic oil handling, and disposal activities will be done in the rebuilding workshop.)
Engagement of Manpower: Approximately 35-40 employees will be engaged (Rajasthan) - (Including Managerial, Permanent, Temporary, and Casual).
Forklift and EOT crane operation will be there.
Testing of Parts and fabrication work will be there.
Kindly guide me on which act it shall be registered and what the major HR compliances and other compliances required to follow for the initial setup.
