Joined an MNC three years ago in a support role but absconded due to health conditions. Although I did not sign any bond with them and was in the probation period, they still sent me a notice to settle negative dues related to a training bond I never agreed to. Now, I need my relieving letter but am hesitant to pay a training bond that was not mentioned in my offer letter. How can I resolve this situation? I am willing to settle the negative dues if applicable. Should I respond to their email from three years ago or reach out to the alumni site to request my relieving letter?
