Hi all, as I discussed with you about my friend who didn't receive an experience and relieving letter from his last company, the new company requires both documents. What should he do to secure the job? Please offer your advice here. He is concerned about his career. Are there any other options available to him to obtain a job?

As the termination of the service was due to failed educational qualification verification, it means the employee was not qualified for the job and position he was holding.

It looks improbable that the company may issue an experience certificate or relieving letter for a position the employee was ineligible to hold.
