I didn't do notice period at my first company. So they cut my one month salary for one month notice period & provided me full & final settlement page ( with mention my last working day). At my second company I did only 10 days notice period instead of 1 month. They only wrote my working period via email conversation. They also don't provide any documents. Both the companies starting & exit date is clearly & properly mentioned in PF statement. For my last company I have all proper documents. Now I am joining a big MNC. Will be background verification fail for big MNC?
