Dear All, I was working in Kerala and during that time I submitted my documents now, I am not working and have been shifted to Saudi Arabia for a better opportunity. I have emailed my previous company for the documents but there is no response so pls advise how to proceed on this.

Sir its not an easy to get the duplicate certificate. For my overseas job i didnt have to submit any doc as this was second visit to saudi arabia

The Original Certificate is a personal property. Withholding the Certificate amounts to a criminal offence. You may seek the intervention of Police (when you are back in the Country).
In the meanwhile, you may a serve a legal notice highlighting the impropriety of withholding the document.
