Leave Rules - on leave on Saturday 11th, 2021 but Friday and Sunday are Paid holidays

One of our employees today i.e. on leave on Saturday 11th, 2021 but Friday and Sunday are Paid holidays. how to treat this? one day or three days. Please clarify with leave rules/Notification. Our Office is located in Telangana.

Kindly check your HR policies first, if that is not mentioned there... Treat is as a normal leave. But, if he is on leave for Monday as well, you need to take it as 4 days leave.
