I am a beginner in the HR field.

Hi, The format is good enough to start with, but you have to collate the weekly results and convert the same into the monthly objectives report for future references.
If your query si regarding points to be considered for setting objectives,then they can Manpower availability,absenteeism control,timely challan generation for EPF,ESIC ,employee attrition control etc,
