Dear Mr. Dhiraj, Many friends have asked you about your Excel Sheet. Could you please explain what it actually entails? I am also confused. For example, in your Excel sheet, you mentioned in Sr. No. 1 "APPOINTMENT LETTER" and for Designation, Date of joining, and CTC, you indicated "Total Marks @ 2" for each. Now, could you clarify how many marks you will assign in the column of "OBTAIN MARKS" and what criteria you have applied to determine these obtain marks?
