Hi All, I work in an Airline Industry as an HR Generalist was previously working as Recruiter since i am new to this generalist profile can anyone help me about how to set parameters for performance appraisal?

Begin with Articulating/Putting in Writing, Common Standard Perfpormance Parameters (C SPP), Add Specific Position-wise (Hierarchy) Performance Parameters, Close with Rewards or Punishment Standards to acknowledge either Superior OR Inferior Performance. This Domain par ecxellence awareness, attention, action and alteration at regular intervals.
