Begin with Articulating/Putting in Writing, Common Standard Perfpormance Parameters (C SPP), Add Specific Position-wise (Hierarchy) Performance Parameters, Close with Rewards or Punishment Standards to acknowledge either Superior OR Inferior Performance.
