Dear Mr.Ankith,
If anyone resigns, first we should counsel them to stay back by explaining benefits comparing with future employer of his/her.
Then if didn't agree to stay back, have an exit interview ,make him fill the no due form, then give the relieving and experience letter.
This should be done on last date of his service.

Hi,
Added to the above please ensure you collect all office equipment ((e.g. computer/ laptop, calculator, ID card etc) which were provided to employee to do the work. This should reflect in No due certificate. Also please ensure of deductions like shortfall notice period, penalty for loss of company property are considered in the full and final settlement. Also in the No due certificate the Technical HOD should certify that the resigned employee had completed the work assigned to him.
