I had Some personal issues hence decided to resign, My company told me to give replacement and leave but nothing on email just through verbal communication.
Now I am worried whether I will receive my FNF or not.

Tendering Resignation in writing, is One part of Employment Contract whereas the other part is Acceptance of the Resignationin writing by the Employer with Date of Resignation indicated.
If the proper Procedure have been followed, there is Little Scope for any Contracting Party to worry about.
