Termination on the ground of any misconduct based on the reports of the enquiry report does not require any notice period! Your post is not complete since there is nothing mentioned about the terms of appointment, nature of work you have been doing etc

Dear Friend, The management at liberty to terminate without notice period but with equivalent Notice Pay. In my suggestion you chalange your termination, if it is without notice pay.
