Hello all,
We have a travel policy wherein we sponsor spouse travel (airfare + visa cost) for durations exceeding 6 months. Our company operates in the software industry and frequently assigns employees to onsite projects of this nature. Could you please provide insight into your policies regarding spouse travel?
Our company is currently contemplating extending this duration to 1 year due to an ongoing integration process. Additionally, is it permissible for a company to decrease the total number of leaves from 21 (EL) + 12 (GL) to just 21 EL's? Is this in compliance with the Shops and Establishments Act Rules?
Thank you.
