Hello All, We have a travel policy wherein we sponsor spouse travel (airfare + visa cost) wherein the duration of travel is more than 6 months. Ours is a software industry and we have frequent onsite assignments of this nature. Can you please throw light on what your policies are in connection to spouse travel.
Our company is now considering increasing this duration to 1 year as a result of an integration process.
Also can a company reduce the number of leaves from 21 (El) + 12 (GL) to just 21 EL's. Is this as per the Shops and Establishments Act Rules?
