Our company is 3 years old, and we are in the process of drafting all the department SOPs. As an HR professional, I have been assigned the responsibility of creating HR SOPs. I have reviewed several posts on this website but have not found a comprehensive HR SOP that covers Recruitment, Salary processing and disbursement, Leave, Grievance and Complaints Procedure, Performance Appraisal, Increment and Promotion, Grooming Standards, IT Internet, Email, and Social Media Policy.

Currently, we have 10 employees working in our company. Can anyone please share a simple HR SOP in 5-8 pages? Thank you.
