now the solution is to provide form 10 duly singed by old employer to be attached with a physical transfer claim form signed by old emplouer and to be submitted to old EPG office
the situation arise in most cases where the employees makes absent without intimation and the HRD puts the same in absent for months ............. and the exit can not be executed in back date

Kindly deposit the Declaration Form by both the Employer & Member to your respective EPFO Regional Office. There you have to mention your Correct DOE & wrong DOE and other things you want to correct in your EPF account dully signed by you and your employer (With Establishment Seal) with your Aadhaar Card, EPF passbook copy, and other supporting proof documents along with the declaration form to EPFO.
It will be done early if deposit by hand.
