I am an HR in a start up. and we are in the process of forming HR Policies. I need to know the policies and rules related to leaves in a private Hospital for all Staff i.e (Admin, Manager, Nurses, House keeping). specifically want to know: how many of each kind of leave? what are the rules about clubbing different types of leaves? Any other general rules to follow regarding leaves? Please help me out. I am in urgent need, and a new member to Cite HR.

Follow by Framing of Simple to Understand and Easy to Obey the Policies, Procedures, Processes SOPs such as

2. Policy relating to Recruitment (Equal Opportunity keeping Merit in mind);
3. Remuneration Policy (Getting Good People Who Get to Business & Increase Business);
4. PoSH Policy (Creating Safe & Secure Workplace Where No Woman Shall BeSubjected to SH);
5. Policy for Reward & Recognition For Good-to-Great Performenace & Beghaviour;
6. Policy relating to Punishment for Wrongdoing;
7. CSR & Community Development Policy;
8. Joint Consultations (Communication, Formal & Informal) Policy;
9. Growth Policy ( Excellence, Perpetual Profits & Productivity Enhancement, Suggestion Management, Innovation Rwards etc);
10. Policy on Fostering Effective Work Habits, Ethos, Culture (Doing Right Thing Right, First Time, Every Time) and Elimination of Complacensy, Unproductive Work Practices, UnHelpful Work Habits etc
